Order 66.
Chapter 1. Padawan Training.
I, Commander Cody, have been working with General Kenobi since I was let out of training. He is mostly training his padawan, But I heard young Anakin Skywalker will be turned to a Jedi Knight very soon.
General Kenobi and I set out with my squad on Kamino and we were to fight off the Separatists until the reinforcements arrive. What ever happens, we must not lose the city on Kamino to the enemy.
“ General Kenobi, It is time to set out to the city. “ I spoke.
“ Yes, Thank you Cody. “ He replied. As the doors opened on the Ship and we jumped out. I let my parachute fly as did Kenobi. My team followed.
“ Here we are.. “ I explained, “ land now!”
We landed on the hard ground and ran into cover and spied on the city to spot any Separatists.
“ Commander, there is some. “ My second in command trooper, Rance said.
“ Good job Rance. “ I praised, “ Klen, take the lead droid out! “ Klen, our team’s sniper, took out his gun, put a silencer on it, and aimed it at the droid’s neck.
“ Tough shot, but I’ll make it. “ Klen said. He took the shot, and sure enough, ‘Bull’s-eye’ Right on target. The droid’s head popped off and the other druids stood guard.
“ Now! Now! Go! “ I commanded as we ran out of our cover and shot as we ran, Kenobi took out his saber and used force push on a couple druids.
“ I’ll stay with Kenobi! Russ! You get everyone to safety! “ I exclaimed
“ Yes sir! “ He replied. We ran to the druids and took them out. But they were only a scouting group. We had much more work to do.
Kenobi and I split from the group and I did not exactly know where we were going, I always just follow Kenobi.
“ Sir, where are we going? “ I said as he stopped, “ Sir? “
“ Shh… “ He commanded. I stood perfectly still as he took his saber out and was about to kill me when I ducked and I noticed that there was someone behind me.
“ Thank you, General. “ I said.
“ Anytime. “ He replied. When we reached the city that we were to defend, We met up with Anakin Skywalker. Who was supposed to meet us outside of the city. “ What the blast are you doing here? “
“ Sorry master, I thought I could enter without being seen. “
“ You were suppose to meet us outside the city! “ Obi-Won said frustrated, “ Anyway, did anyone see you? “
“ No master. “ Anakin explained. “ Sorry for disobeying you. “
“ Its not me you disobeyed, it’s the whole Jedi Council! You are not as immune as you think you are. “ Obi-Won said, “ You need more Padawan training… “
Chapter 2: Prisoners.
As Russ ran into a building he came out with a group of people.
“ Hey! Commander! It was hard, but I did it! “ He said. Then.. The worst happened. I saw something shine on the top of the hill. It was a sniper!
“ Get down!” I yelled with fear. But it was too late.. Before I could finish my sentence, Russ dropped to the ground. Instant death. Bullet through his green-tipped helmet. I was yelling but I could not hear anything.. Its like all the sound in the world was blocked by a loud buzzing noise. Then it happened.
“ Commander! Get down! Now! “ Obi-Won commanded. Then I dropped. I ran behind a rock and loaded my gun. “ We have to run for it. If we wait any longer the civilians will be killed on the spot. “ Anakin yelled.
Chapter 3: Escape.
The ship landed and we all ran on, a couple prisoners did not make it. We were about to lift off when we saw a man running.
“ Don’t leave me! Please! “ He was screaming.
“ Its taking to long! We need to lift off! “ Anakin Said.
“ Don’t you dare! Klen! Come with me! “ I said.
“ Ugh, I don’t know captain, Anakin says stay. He is in higher command. “ He replied.
“ You idiot! We can not leave him! “ I screamed. The man dropped to his knees. He was still screaming.
“ Lift the ship captain! “ Obi-Won said. I stared at him in disappointment.
“ General.. “ I muttered. Then the man started crying, got up again, started running, and dropped.. But this time.. he was not going ot get back up. “ We could jave saved him. “ I said in disappointment.
“ We would never of been able to save him in time. “ Klen said.
“ You can bet my Tipped Helmet we could have! “ I replied sharply.
“ Its too late now.. Captain, lets get out of here. “ Anakin said.
All the way back to Couresant I thought of how we could have saved that civilian. But I know that if I got off the ship, Obi-won would probably lift off without me. You see, Jedi are a weird type of Loyal, they would rather leave one person instead of waiting for him and letting almost four or five more people die. I know they would have shot the ship is we waited any longer. So I guess it was for the best.
Chapter 4: Discussing The Order.
When we landed on our home planet. We were all called for the a meeting that the Chancellor called for all of the Clone Troopers. Of course I had to go. I did not want to, for I was still in a deep depression.
When I got to the meeting room, I saw that every single trooper had to be there. And that the Chancellor has already began his speech.
“ You must listen to me, I am in the highest command of all of you. You all have a new order! It will be called, Order, 66. You will be ordered to wipe out all the Jedi on my command! “ He said. We were all surprised at how awful this one. But I, with my fury, For a second, liked the idea. But I was in a depression, So I had no idea what I was thinking of.
“ Sir, the Jedi could sense this, couldn’t they? “ A trooper yelled out.
“ I- “ He started, “ We have a spy. “ We all stood up and took out our guns. Then we heard a lightsaber. And as soon as we knew it, thirty troops were dead. I looked up and it was the legendary stealth Jedi, Rieka Mainta. We all shot at him but he was too swift. Then he fell. He stood up, bleeding from his shoulder.
“ You are going to kill me? I suppose? “ He asked.
“ Yes. “ The Chancellor said a we all shot at the Jedi, he jumped and vanish, his cloak was lft lying on the ground. “ He is dead. “
Chapter 5: Hiding The Order.
When I next met up with General Kenobi, I was having trouble keeping the order a secret to him.
“ Your hiding something. “ He said, first thing he said when he saw me.
“ And why would you think that? “
“ Jedi.. “ He smirked.
“ Ahh, The Force. “ I chuckled. Anakin ran in.
“ Droids! On Tatooine! “ He said.
“ Let’s go! “ I said.
I brang my squad and I also brang Delta squad to Tatooine just in case.
“ We can not risk another casualty. “ Klen said.
“ I know, but we must do as ordered. “ I explained.
“ The hell with that, I am going to crush through everyone to avenge Russ. “ Rance said angrily.
“ Calm down man, We can do this. We will avenge him. “ I sighed, “ Get ready to land….”
When we finally arrived and the doors opened we all jumped out in anger. When my squad hit the ground they all ran without back-up and shot everywhere, they did not care what the hit. They just cared that they wanted revenge. I could not stop them, I was also doing this, I could not think straight.
“ I’ll kill you all! “ A voice cried out. Screams of pain were heard from many helmets. It was unbearable. The Trade Federation were everywhere, the Confederacy, Killing everything in their path. They did not care about anyone or anything. They just shot, shot, and shot.
I finally pulled myself to calm down a few minutes later and called all who were still alive back in. Some refused. But some people came.
“ Row call. “ I said trying to catch my breath, “ I’m here, Klen? Alright you’re here, Ru-“ I paused. “ Rance? “ I switched my word. “ Rance? Where the hell is Rance? “ I gasped. Then a couple people brang in a med-hammock. It was Rance. He was, missing a arm. “ Oh god. Oh god no. “ I shivered.
“ He, is pretty beat up sir. “ A medic said.
“ God damn it, everyone pull back! We will not let this man die! “ I said. Then the hard part happened. A missile was spotted coming for us. I dodged it. The medics dodged it. Everyone who came dodged it. Except for one. Klen! “ Klen! No! Wat- “ I started saying before the explosion. Smoke was everywhere. Nobody could see anything. Even through our smoke-resistant helmets. All I could make out was a lump on the ground. I ran to it. I grabbed it. “ Klen! “ I yelled. Then dropped the item I was holding. The smoke cleared. And I could clearly make it out. It was.. Klen’s Orange tipped helmet. I gasped and stepped back. I dropped to my knees and my helmet eyeglass was soon covered in tears. I took of my helmet and put in on the ground as the others ran to the ship. Two of them grabbed me and carried me to the ship.
Chapter 6: 3 Left.
3 Left… Me.. Rance.. And Somebody I did not mention before. A scouter in the group, does not do much, his name is Cevin. He is not exactly in the right mind, you see, in the process of his cloning, they tried to enhance his sight, but unfortunately it cut his thinking power in half. His intelligence is not the best of the clones, but his sight is twice as good as any other trooper. We sat there, in the lounge for Troopers. Waiting for a call. Eyes watering, but not fully developed into tears. Cevin stood up, took his purple tipped helmet, put it on, and set out. “ Where are you going? “ I asked
“ Just, out. “ He answered.
“ Tell me. “
“ Im going to scout. “
“ There is no droids on Kamino, physco. “ I said. He just glared at me and left.
Rance was in the medical wing when I entered. “ How is he doing? “ I asked.
“ Fine. He was. Just in the process. Of waking up. “ A Medic-Droid said. I walked over to his bed and kneeled down.
“ How you feeling bud? “ I said.
“ Mi- “ He coughed, “ Mighty fine. “
Chapter 7: Order 66.
A meeting with the Jedi was called, and as soon as we knew it, the Jedi were all sent out to different parts of the world, and so were we. I, with General Kenobi. Delta Squad, with Ki-Adi-Mundi. Alpha Squad, with Yoda. Beta Squad, with Plo Koon. And Omega Squad, with Depa. Anakin was to stay here.
When we reached The planet we were sent to, we started to fight. Kenobi went for Grievous. “ Hold down the defense systems! If they blow then we blow! Don’t let them reach the main defense system! They could blow up the planet! “ I said, then I heard a clank, I looked down, and a lightsaber lay there. I picked it up and waited for General Kenobi. He would be needing it. “ Hold the defense system I said! Be careful! “ I screamed.
“ We really are trying! “ A trooper said.
“ Not good enough it seems! “ I snarled.
Obi-Won Kenobi was passing by when I caught him. “ Sir, you will be needing this. “ I said, handing him the saber.
“ Thank you Commander. “ He said. Then he left. Once he was gone, A holographic message appeared from the Chancellor.
“ It is time.. Execute Order.. 66… “ He said.
“ Yes.. My lord.. “ I shivered, Then hung up, “ Blast him! “ I said as we shot the huge cannon at Kenobi as he fell to his death. Or so we thought.
Then Alpha Squad got the message. “ Execute Order, 66. “
“ Yes my lord. “ They replied as they shot Ki-Adi-Mundi to death. They all died.. All the Jedi.. Even My best friend. General Kenobi…
Chapter 8: Regrouping.
We all regrouped after the disaster. We destroyed our old community and created a new one. The Galactic Empire!
“ I’m glad that Rance got to miss that. “ I said.
“ Oh for god’s sakes Cody. “ Trien, the leader of Alpha Squad sighed.
“ I just cant believe I killed the one person who would trust me the most. “ I pouted.
We were sent on a mission to seek out any remaining Jedi. At this time, Anakin had turned to our side. And we were United.
“ Everyone who is still out there. Will die!” Loen, Delta Squad’s Leader said.
“ Loan, there probably is not even anyone out there. “ I said.
“ So? “
“ I’m just saying that if there was someone out there, they might show it- “ I started when Loen dropped to the ground by a saber. It was Kenobi!
“ Kenobi.. I thought you were dead. How on earth did you survive that fall? “ I asked in fear.
“ Oh Cody, I wish I did not have to do this. “ He said as he raised his saber.
“ You would not. “ I glared at him. He just chuckled. And then the saber came down. You know, its true what they say, My life flashed before my eyes, All the good times.. And the bad times.. Especially the good times.. I just wish that it turned out another way. Everyone dies in life, they all have a gun or a sickness with their name on it, they just need to know when it will come. You need to try as hard as you can do die of old age before it catches you on your way to victory. Who ever said that is a jerk…
